Born and raised in the Canadian prairies, I have a passion for community and helping others. I grew up working on the family farm, which has helped me understand the value of hardwork and deep appreciate for the simple pleasures in life - like prairie sunsets or hot tea on a cold day.
Through my diverse and unique life experience, I have developed a comprehensive toolbox to help you better your body, mind and soul. I've done the hard work, so you don’t have to. Climbing to the Everest Base Camp to explore meditation in the Himalayas, along with working closely with one of the top chefs in Canada to better understand how to create healthy and delicious recipes, I've been fortunate to have had many enriching experiences. In addition to over ten years of working in the fitness industry, I've also developed countless tailored and personalized workout plans to meet any lifestyle goal.
When I'm not working hard to help my clients, I can be found training for my next marathon, indulging in the latest self-help book, and trying to keep up with my favourite little Jack Russell terrier, Kobe.
